Kingston Newell Letting Fees

Reservation Fee £325.00

  • Required to hold the property for up to 4 weeks.
  • Covers application process and credit checks.
  • Non-refundable

First Months Rental - Amount dependant on the property

  • Due in advance, upon signing Tenancy Agreement
  • Required each calendar month thereafter
  • Standing order required for future payments

Bond Deposit -Rental amount plus additional £100

  • Due in advance, upon signing Tenancy Agreement
  • Registered with Deposit Protection Service
  • Held securely until end of tenancy
  • Additional £100 required per pet, should landlord choose to accept animals at their property

All above prices are inclusive of VAT

Managed Property Fees

Initial set-up fee £225.00 (+ VAT) = £270.00 – Deducted from 1st months rental payment. Monthly fees = 10% of monthly rental income (+ VAT) per calendar month. Any authorised management charges (i.e. repairs, service costs etc.) would be deducted from the next available rental payment if applicable. The above cost includes the following:

  • Full Referencing
  • Credit Assessment Reports
  • Tenancy Agreements (Contracts)
  • Rent Collection every month
  • Fully written Inventory (conducted before tenancy commences)
  • Interim Property Inspections (conducted every 3 months)
  • Final Check Out Inspection (conducted once Tenant has vacated)
  • Deposit (bond) registered with the Deposit Protection Scheme (including certificate)

Non Managed Property Fees (Tenant Find Only)

£400.00 (+ VAT) = £480.00 - Deducted from 1st months rental payment. The above cost includes the following:

  • Full Referencing
  • Credit Assessment Reports
  • Tenancy Agreements (Contracts)
  • Deposit (bond) registered with the Deposit Protection Scheme (including certificate)
